We have the most insanely positive reviews, especially when compared to our competitors. The crazy part of it is, I think almost all of them are due to support call transfers out to International H2O. It’s gotten to the point where customers call back to tell me “so-and-so” deserves a raise or promotion “why isn’t he doing more for me?” Without a doubt International is our secret sauce to easy customer satisfaction.

Do these dispensers ever die???? We’ve sold at least a thousand 500’s over the years, and these things just don’t give up! Years of selling these units and we haven’t had a single warrantee claim or defective product yet. Any customer calls on these units, and we just forward the call to International’s tech support team, who seem like they process support calls faster than it takes us to actually transfer them. I honestly have no idea how they do it.
